Never Give Up
I'm a recovering heroin addict and alcoholic; I've been in recovery for four years. No matter how hard things get, always think positively. Go to the gym, eat healthy, sleep 8 hours, and get involved with any hobbies that interest you. Work on building real relationships with other people and don't be afraid of your emotions. No matter what your story is or what you've been through, every single person has the strength and ability to live a happy life. It's just up to you to adapt to the challenges that have been presented to you.
